"Brittany is the best! I cannot stress enough how frustrating it is in this modern world to have to make a business related phone call & just get recording after recording with insufficient menu selections and have to spend hours on hold waiting to talk to machines when you could handle everything you need in under 2 minutes if you could only speak to an actual human. It often seems customer service is a concept lost in the past, but that is not the case here! I had just whatever car insurance I got really cheap from (insert any animal/reptile here) because my life is an endless series of dumpster fires and I thought that was the best I could do. Brittany reached out to me a year ago and I told her my life was too crazy for me to even think about anything like getting better insurance & to check back with me in a year, and I swear, she absolutely DID check back with me in one year! Needless to say, all of my dumpster fires were still burning bright but I was just impressed with the way she actually followed up in person, like YES, for real, a human being called me, and not just once, but every time she would call I would have a thousand ridiculous questions & be in the middle of a million different tasks at one time but she would answer all of my questions in a way that I could understand. She talked to me like a friend would talk to me & explain things using relatable language & not just jargon & intimidating insurance specific terms. She called me back every single time I was too busy to talk & she called me back at exactly the times I said I would be more available. No, like for real, every single time she actually followed up on time and if I had to call back I had a direct number to her- another human being who was incredibly helpful! Brittany took so much time, weeks, in fact to look into all my questions regarding my very special, very sexy, antique firebird, and after all the fuss I put her through she was able to provide me with much better coverage & actually save me a few bucks as well. I swear, even if the insurance had been a little more expensive, I still would have switched companies just on the basis of good customer service. I had been with (insert talking creature here) for several years and not one single time did an actual human reach out to me for any reason, much less to try & save me money! Brittany is an extraordinary person. She's not just in it for making commission on sales. She is kind, patient, thoughtful, diligent, knowledgeable, helpful, punctual, reliable, friendly, relatable, experienced, professional, personable, and also HILARIOUS! I will stick with her forever. Thank you so much, Brittany!
